Tim Cotterill is delighted to introduce Truman, the newest owl to be elected to the Parliament. An earthy, caramel patina, selectively patterned with a gold-toned swirl, subtly suggests the two types of feathers distinctive to the species; the high-polished bronze talons and hooked beak clearly emphasize classic owl characteristics.
